The routine established in followed by all disciples 365 days of the year, weather they are in Shantikuteer Kannur, individual satsangs or at their homes / work places.
Maharaj use to say in between the time not specified with daily routine you catually be meditating Nama or be in the bliss when you have spare time. After all, we are embodied creatures and we must exercise our bodies also in devotion. When you are in a state of meditation, the body also should take on the attitude of leaving every other thing aside. You should enlighten yourself from within, fill your heart with virtue, fill your heart with divine love, goodness and selflessness.
